We manage a large property portfolio in inner Brisbane. Our focus is to further improve our service to clients, and to that end we have a property management team that will safely and profitably manage and maintain your
investments and assets.
 

Our office is a little different to mainstream real estate offices. We pride ourselves on our detailed local knowledge, our creative and intelligent approach to marketing, and our service to our clients. We have a strong inner city presence and our office is in a prominent commercial location in Spring Hill. As Principal, I am aware of the importance that new technology now plays in marketing your property for maximum benefit. To this end, we are
always enhancing our internet presence and we are a leader in this field. This gives our clients unparalleled access to rental and sales enquiry.

We manage tenant selection, rental collection and maintenance of your property and conduct regular inspections to ensure that your property continues to achieve maximum return.
