Full time - $70,000 – $80,000 per year

At Inner Brisbane Realty in Spring Hill we are seeking a Property Manager.

Working for a successful employee-friendly office, we are looking for an experienced property manager to assist in the running of a well-managed and up to date portfolio.
We have a medium-sized rent roll with the primary tasks for this role are maintenance, lease renewals, arrears management, invoicing, administration duties and liaising with tenants and landlords as required.
We are highly innovative; we use all cloud-based software including Console Cloud and Inspect Real Estate, and you’ll have access to a car and iPhone during work hours. All properties are within a 10km radius to our office.

Skills & Experience

It is essential that you have the proper registrations (or licence) with the Qld Office of Fair Trading. We are looking for a motivated, well presented team member who is ready to start now but most importantly – a team player.
You will also need a full driver’s licence. A car park will be provided near the office.
