Rent Payments and Arrears
We are continuing to monitor your tenant’s rent payments every day. If there are any changes in payments, we will contact your tenants and call you to discuss their situation straight away.
Office & Staff
Staff are present at the office during business hours - Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.
The front door is locked, so business with visitors is being conducted outside the front door respecting social distancing rules.
Leasing & Advertising
We are still advertising & leasing properties in accordance with the new restrictions but even with the reduction in enquiry we have signed up 5 new tenancies in the last 2 weeks.

Nevertheless, if a landlord & tenant agree that some of the rent is to be deferred, then our position will be to treat that as arrears unless we are instructed to the contrary by the landlord.
Proposed State Government Changes - Update
The State Government is setting some new guidelines but as every case and tenancy is different, it really comes down to having a good Property Manager (which you do) to help get through any COVID-19 issues. We will be in contact with you if we do receive any requests or concerns from your Tenants.
